The Apple Tree Centre is a modern multi-purpose meeting place offering a wealth of facilities for business and community use. Opened in 2010 by the Gurjar Hindu Union, a local charitable organisation, the Apple Tree Centre has conference and meeting rooms, sports courts and changing rooms, plus full kitchen and catering facilities. The main Dhamecha Suite (1200 square metres) provides capacity for up to one thousand people, with hire available for every use from private celebrations to business exhibitions and seminars. The Apple Tree Centre aims to provide you with an excellent service at a first class location.
Shree Swaminarayan Temple Brighton (ISSO)
Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Brighton is a Swaminarayan Hindu Temple located in the Portslade area of the city of Brighton and Hove, on the south east coast of England. Inaugurated on the 19th of September 1999, the 10th Swaminarayan temple to be opened in the UK. The temple comes under the ISSO wing of the Swaminarayan Sampraday The Murti Pratishta was done by Acharya Maharajshree Tejendraprasad Pande among chants of vedic hymns. The event was attended by the MP and Mayor of Brighton as well as the Indian High Commissioner in the UK.
